XE88 Terms & Conditions – Member Rights, Responsibilities and Platform Rules for Malaysia

By registering an account on XE88 or by continuing to use this platform following any amendment to the terms, you give your full, unconditional, and binding consent to all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document, including the XE88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are considered part of this agreement.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that:

• You are an individual aged 21 years or above at the time of registration.
• Use of the XE88 platform is lawful under the applicable laws of your location.
• You are not acting on behalf of any unauthorised third party.
• All information you provide to XE88 must be truthful, accurate and current.
• You are playing with your own legally obtained personal funds.

To access the full range of services offered by XE88, you are required to register a valid account by providing accurate and complete information. Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the XE88 platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all accounts being terminated and all balances frozen without right of appeal.

The requirements for registering an XE88 account are as follows:

• Minimum Age: 21 years of age and above. XE88 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and will suspend the account until verification is received.
• Accurate Information: Your full name, valid Malaysian phone number, active email address and any other requested information must be accurate and up to date. False information will result in account termination.
• Secure Password: You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it secure. Do not share your password with anyone, including XE88 staff.
• Phone Number Verification: A valid Malaysian phone number is required for registration and transaction verification. International numbers are not accepted.
• One Account per Device / IP: Multiple accounts accessed from the same device or IP address may result in all associated accounts being suspended pending investigation.

XE88 reserves the right to require additional identity verification, including a copy of your Malaysian identification document, at any time — particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold or where there are indicators of suspicious activity.

All financial transactions on the platform XE88 conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. XE88 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Only valid Malaysian payment methods are accepted.

Transaction limits applicable on the XE88 platform:

• Minimum Deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: RM50,000 per transaction (daily limits vary by account tier).
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM30 per request.
• Maximum Withdrawal: RM30,000 per day for standard accounts; higher limits apply for VIP accounts.

XE88 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond XE88's control. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same XE88 member's name — XE88 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

XE88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time — including welcome bonuses for new members, weekly cashback, deposit bonuses, festive promotions (Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali), and a loyalty programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

General terms applicable to all bonuses at XE88:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement, typically ranging from 10x to 35x the bonus value. This means you must wager a set amount before the bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only participate in one active promotion at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a stated validity period. Any bonus not utilised within that period will expire and be automatically removed from the account.
• One Bonus Per Household: One (1) welcome bonus is permitted per household, IP address, device and bank account or e-wallet number.
• Right to Cancellation: XE88 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus at any time if abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms is found to have occurred.

Accounts found to be exploiting the bonus structure through systematic low-risk betting techniques, the use of multiple accounts, or any form of bonus fraud will be terminated and all balances including winnings will be forfeited without the right of appeal.

General rules applicable to all games on XE88:

• Game Results Are Final: All game outcomes recorded by the XE88 system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verified technical system error confirmed by the XE88 technical team.
• Technical Disruptions: If a game is interrupted due to a technical error on XE88's end, the affected bets will be voided and the funds returned to your account. Disruptions caused by connection issues on the player's side are beyond XE88's responsibility.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting results are based on official outcomes declared by the relevant governing bodies. For Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other football matches, XE88 uses officially recognised data sources.
• Betting Limit: Every game table and bet type has clearly displayed minimum and maximum limits within the XE88 platform. These limits are subject to change at XE88's discretion.
• Game Fairness: All computer-based games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by an accredited independent testing body. Results are entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

To protect the integrity of the platform XE88 and the experience of all members, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Money Laundering: Using the XE88 platform to conceal, convert or transfer proceeds of crime is a serious legal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus Fraud: Registering multiple accounts, using false identities, or employing any other technique to exploit XE88 promotions is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in table games or poker, is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorised Software Usage: Using bots, automated scripts, third-party software, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any XE88 game is prohibited.
• Account Sale or Transfer: Selling, lending, transferring, or granting access to your XE88 account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Disruptive Behaviour: Any conduct that disrupts, threatens, insults, or negatively affects the experience of other members in Live Dealer sessions or XE88 communication channels will not be tolerated.

XE88 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in the prohibited activities listed above. During an investigation, the account in question may be suspended and access to the balance temporarily restricted. If the investigation confirms a violation, the account will be permanently terminated and the balance may be forfeited at XE88's discretion.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, redistributing, republishing, selling or commercially exploiting any content on the XE88 platform without prior written consent.
• Modifying or creating derivative works based on any XE88 content.
• Using the XE88 name, logo, or brand in any way that could mislead the public or suggest an affiliation with XE88 that does not exist.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or any other attempt to obtain the source code of the XE88 platform software.

Limited use of the XE88 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted subject to all terms in this document.

The XE88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. XE88 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or viruses at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, XE88 is not liable for:

• Any loss of money or assets resulting from betting decisions made by members.
• Data loss resulting from technical disruptions, cyberattacks or force majeure events beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Actions or omissions by third parties including payment providers, game providers, or infrastructure providers.

In any event, XE88's total maximum liability to any individual member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the liability claim arising.

XE88 is fully committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be enjoyed purely as entertainment and not as a solution to financial difficulties or as a source of income. The platform XE88 provides a range of tools to help you play within healthy and safe limits.

Your continued use of the XE88 platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should stop using the XE88 platform and may contact our support team to properly close your account and process any eligible balance withdrawal.

For amendments that XE88 considers to be significant material changes, we will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless exceptional circumstances require more immediate action.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the platform XE88 shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where XE88 holds its international gaming licence.

Dispute Resolution:

• First Stage: Please contact XE88 customer support via live chat or email at support@xe88-play.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly at this stage.
• Second Stage: If your issue remains unresolved within 5 working days, you may escalate the case to the XE88 management team via the same email address with the subject line "Escalation Request".
• Third Stage: If still unresolved, XE88 agrees to refer the dispute to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body.
